This January 2023, brings a new adventure for ardent lovers of Craft Beer to Merida.

Bacob Cerveceria, owned and operated by Fred Kilpatrick will introduce four craft beers

which will be introduced on opening day, tentatively scheduled for January 12, 2023.

 

Patrons will choose either the interior restaurant seating or the exterior courtyard

with a spectacular view of  the gigantic brew kettles, yeast handling systems,

fermenters, and a variety of other tanks for mixing and storage.
